The  WEBER 22″  smoker can be used to slow cook roasts, ribs, turkeys, hams, and whole fish. The smoker features two heavy-duty plated-steel cooking grates and a special lid thermometer and larger water pan to help smoke foods to perfection. The smoker includes a no-rust aluminum fuel door and a porcelain enameled bowl, lid and water pan.

We stock hardwood charcoal, mesquite, hickory, apple, cherry, pecan wood chunks and chips !!!!!
